Monday: 8:30am – 7:30pm
Tues-Wed-Thur: 8:30am – 9pm
Friday: 8:30am – 6pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am – 6pm
Public Holidays: CLOSED

Please make sure you bring your Medicare Card and any Concession cards to every appointment.
A small charge may apply for some vaccinations and Allied Health services. Fees and charges may change.
We are a fully accredited practice which means that we have to meet strict guidelines governing our policies, procedures, hygiene, qualifications, services and facilities.
Our doctors and nurses are licensed and regularly attend seminars, courses and training to ensure that their skills are up to date.
It is our commitment to provide the best quality healthcare and customer service we can.
Consultations normally last 10-15 minutes however, if you need more time, please discuss this with the receptionist when making your appointment. All pap smears, health checks, consultations for family members, medicals, first antenatal visits and minor surgical procedures require special bookings.
Appointments are to be cancelled a minimum of 2 hours prior to the allocated appointment time. Failure to do this may attract a fee.
Provision is made for urgent appointments. If you need urgent assistance please let the receptionist know. In the case of sudden chest pain or major trauma, dial 000 to request an ambulance.
If your doctor requires you to see a specialist, it is often more convenient for you to make your own appointment direct with the specialist’s rooms. However, if you are unable to arrange this, the receptionist will be happy to assist you.
Please enquire about any necessary referrals to a specialist when consulting with your doctor.

WORKCOVER AND THIRD PARTY CONSULTS
As of September 15 2014, all accounts for workcover and third party consults will cease. Payment for these appointments will now be required in full at the time of your consult.
The fee for your initial consult is to be settled on day of your appointment. Once you have received your workcover claim no details, subsequent appointments will be charged direct to the insurer. We do need to know, The Insurer’s name, Claim No, Case managers name & contact details.
